Broken Arrow Seniors is pleased to sponsor the Senior Resource Fair on Friday, April 17, 2015 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. This Resource Fair, in its 25th year, will take place at the Central Park Community Center at 1500 S. Main and is designed to provide health information, screening and resources available to seniors. Platinum sponsors include Triad Eye Clinic, Floral Haven, The Orthopedic Center, LIFE Senior Services, Hometown Hospice and Stryker Orthopedics.
This is one of the few health and resource fairs in Tulsa County designed to present resources available to seniors as well as basic health service and information to individuals living in the area. There will be over 70 informational and screening booths, a drop off site for outdated prescription drugs, mobile health screening unit free screenings for visual acuity, hearing, glaucoma, blood pressure, blood sugar (diabetes) and bone density, hourly demonstrations
of line dancing, Zumba and Tai Chi. American Document Shredding will be on site to shred documents. Lunch is available.

About Broken Arrow Senior Center: The Broken Arrow Senior Center is an activity center for those 55 years of age and older with over 50 activities including computer classes, Bible study, yoga, tai chi, zumba, line dancing, pool(with 6 tables), ukulele, cards, dominoes and all arts and crafts, just to name a few. Broken Arrow Senior Center is Broken Arrow's only senior center. Broken Arrow Seniors is nonprofit agency and a partner agency with Tulsa Area United Way serving over 3,000 persons annually.
