BCChampions, Special Needs Ministry of Boulevard Christian Church, will be hosting Road to Success on April 21 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Caregivers of individuals with special needs (birth-adults) will be able to gain insight on their rights on state and national level, information on local resources, and meet other families.
