The Assembly of God Church in Yale, OK is hosting “The Battle of Round Mountain” Civil War Reenactment. This year is a very special year, as they are celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the Civil War. The reenactment will be held on Friday, February 20th, through Sunday the 22nd.
Friday is the “Living History Day” where students from local schools and adults can come out and tour the camps and experience what life was like during the Civil War Era. Saturday and Sunday are the battle days. The battles start at 2 PM each day. The location of the church (where the activity is held) is 777 Glory Rd, Yale, Ok.
Admission is free on Friday. Admission for Saturday & Sunday battles is $5 for 12 years old and up.
There will be food and merchandise vendors at the entrance and also era vendors in the battle area.
