According to Tulsa police, 23-year-old Jacoby Roberts is wanted for Capital Murder out of Fort Worth, Texas and is on the run.
Forth Worth police think Roberts may have ties to the Tulsa area, so they’ve asked Tulsa police to help watch for him.
