Tulsa Fire Department responds to apartment fire

The Tulsa Fire Department responded to an apartment fire near East 60th Street and South Owasso Avenue on Wednesday.

Firefighters say the fire is still under investigation, but the family was home when the blaze started on the bottom floor.

TFD says the family was able to escape from a window. There was a lot of damage to the home, mostly in the living room.

No one was hurt, however, one person was treated for smoke inhalation by EMSA.
